P A Y M E N T

  • A minimum of 50% of the total price will be paid within 24 hours of accepting the commission.

  • The other 50% will be paid after I finished the commission. You will be receiving your high resolution picture and PSD file after I received the last 50% of the cost.

  • Payment is only done through Paypal in EURO. I do not accept any other currencies.

  • You will be notified on forehand about extra costs while discussing the total price.

T E R M S - O F - S E R V I C E

  • I’m allowed to reject your commission with any reasoning.

  • NO REFUNDS! Once I started with the commission there is no option for refunds.

  • If I decide to cancel the commission a full refund will be send to the commissioner.

  • I have the rights to post the commission on my social media unless agreed on otherwise.

  • I may use the art you've commissioned me on business cards, banners, websites, or portfolio. All non profit uses- Credit will also be given upon posting if possible. I would never sell pieces including your original characters without properly consulting you first.

  • I may however sell fanart commissions at conventions or from my print shop!

  • NONE of my commissions I do are for anything other than personal use. You may use them as icons, banners, and re-post them to your social medias- so long as you give credit or link back to me here or to the original image. You may also print at your own leisure, put it on a bag, cell phone case, wedding/gift cards- etc, so long as it's for non profit puposes and solely for your own personal enjoyment.

  • Prices shown in my guide do not reflect my commercial or contracting work- these are simply casual art orders. To discuss hiring me for games, comics, and design- please contact me at [email protected]

P R O C E S S

  • You will send me reference material first, if needed a small story about the character and their personality.

  • Once started I will send a sketch for approval.

  • In this stage changes can still be made. This will last till the commissioner is satisfied.

  • Everytime I work on your piece you will receive an update from me in every main stage ( Sketch, line art, flat colour, shading, finished piece ). I will send updates in between if I’m not sure of a choice I made or finished for the day before reaching the next main stage.

  • A piece can roughly take a week to 2 months once confirmed to have started. I have a normal 32 hour job and mental health is very important. If there are commissions before you the wait time can be even longer. If I run into any problems you will be notified.

  • I don’t work with deadlines. If you want to add a deadline the price will go up depending on the time you give me to finish the piece.
